Enosemi VP of Engineering, Shahab Ardalan will present a paper at the 49th European Conference on Optical Communications in Glasgow, Scotland in October 2023.
The paper titled “Monolithic Mach-Zehnder Modulator Bias Controls in a 45 nm Silicon Photonics Process” will share details on a digital control system for a fully integrated 16-channel optical transmitter. The control system is a critical components of Enosemi’s 1.8 Tbps optical link chiplet.
